This site offers an insight into the skills and experience of the man himself. Based in Morristown, New Jersey, Bob works day in, day out, travelling around the US, dedicated to reaching new heights of commitment to his customers, his sales team and the shareholders of Cintas.

He was born and raised near Manchester, England, and moved to New York in late 1986, after fulfilling his education and enjoying a six year status as Sales & Production Manager of a thriving textile factory. His professional experience could only grow after making the bustling borough of Brooklyn his new home. He soon became a Sales Representative for a professional fashion venture, strongly contributing to their expansion and a massive annual increase in sales.

In 1990, Bob was offered a new job as Production Manager in an established New York based uniform company. He developed new products, oversaw trend analysis and forecasting, and even revealed a strong talent for computer systems by establishing an effective, original tracking system. Following this success, he moved on to become their Sales Manager, infiltrating new territory and identifying fresh niches in the market. Once again, annual sales increases shattered the best predictions.
